    • Order processing time is typically 2–7 business days.

    • During high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen delays, processing may take up to 10 business days.

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

    • We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location:

    • India: Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch.

    • International: Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of the order.

    • Free shipping or promotional rates may apply as indicated on our website during specific offers.

  • Duties, Taxes, and Customs

    • For domestic (India) orders, applicable taxes (such as GST) are included at checkout if required.

    • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local customs authorities.

    • Mutepen and Printful are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Tracking and Delivery

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local postal office.

    • If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.

  • Partial Shipments

    Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking information. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    For details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
    Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

    • We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

    • Mutepen is not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided was incorrect.

  • Address Accuracy

    Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
    Mutepen is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Delays Due to External Factors

    Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.
    Mutepen will notify customers if a significant delay is expected.
