All orders are processed and fulfilled by our printing partner, Printful.
Order processing time is typically 2–7 business days.
During high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen delays, processing may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location:
India: Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch.
International: Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of the order.
Free shipping or promotional rates may apply as indicated on our website during specific offers.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For domestic (India) orders, applicable taxes (such as GST) are included at checkout if required.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local customs authorities.
Mutepen and Printful are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local postal office.
If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking information. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Returns and Exchanges

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Mutepen is not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided was incorrect.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
